（一）依據標準：

這些測試機器主要依據的國家及行業(yè)標準包括但不限于：GB 18145-2014《陶瓷片密封水嘴》、QB 1334-2004《水嘴通用技術條件》、JC 1043-2007《水嘴鉛析出限量》、HJ 411-2007《環(huán)境標志產品技術要求水嘴》等。這些標準對水龍頭和水嘴的重金屬析出量、衛(wèi)生指標以及測試方法等都做了詳細規(guī)定。

（二）主要檢測項目：

水龍頭重金屬析出：主要檢測水龍頭在使用過程中可能析出的重金屬含量，如鉛、鉻、鎘等。

水嘴重金屬浸泡：通過模擬水嘴在長時間使用過程中的浸泡環(huán)境，檢測其重金屬析出情況。

重金屬含量分析：對水龍頭和水嘴材料進行化學分析，測定其重金屬含量是否符合標準。

ICP分析：利用電感耦合等離子體質譜儀（ICP-MS）對水樣中的重金屬進行定量分析。

衛(wèi)生軟管鉛、鉻檢測：對衛(wèi)生軟管材料進行鉛、鉻等重金屬含量的檢測。

(2) Main Detection Items:

Heavy metal leaching in faucets: mainly detect the content of heavy metals that may be leached out during use, such as lead, chromium, cadmium.

Heavy metal soaking in water siphons: simulate the soaking environment during long-term use of water siphons to detect their heavy metal leaching situation.

Analysis of heavy metal content: conduct chemical analysis on the materials of faucets and water siphons to determine whether their heavy metal content meets the standard.

ICP analysis: use inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) to quantitatively analyze the heavy metals in water samples.

Lead and chromium detection in sanitary hoses: detect the content of lead and chromium in sanitary hoses materials.
