試驗廢氣處理：滿足GB14554-1993《惡臭污染物排放標準》表二第6項要求和GB16297-1996《大氣污染綜合排放標準》表1第4項要求；;
為通過《家用和類似用途電器的安全 坐便器的特殊要求》(IEC 60335-2-84: 2019)標準中的防銹測試，為確保實驗的準確性和可靠性，我們需要在特定的環(huán)境條件下進行操作。首先，將鹽酸的濃度設置為0.0005%，并確保環(huán)境溫度維持在25℃。在這樣的條件下，實驗需持續(xù)運行96小時，隨后排空鹽酸并充入空氣。接下來，將氨氣的濃度設定為0.055%，同樣保持環(huán)境溫度為25℃，并繼續(xù)實驗96小時。
本系統(tǒng)嚴格遵循標準條款中關于氨氣及鹽酸試驗的相關規(guī)定，能夠提供符合標準要求的氨氣或鹽酸濃度、溫度等試驗參數(shù)，在試驗過程中由控制系統(tǒng)實時檢測溫度、濕度、氣體濃度曲線數(shù)據(jù)并按照標準規(guī)定的時間進行試驗，以檢測智能座便器在經受氨氣及鹽酸環(huán)境后的防銹性能等。此外，本系統(tǒng)對試驗過程中產生的廢氣，嚴格按照國家標準進行處理，確保達標排放。氨氣或鹽酸氣體管道：分為氨氣和鹽酸兩個單獨供氣管道，鋼瓶的高壓氨氣或鹽酸氣體通過減壓閥、耐腐蝕流量限制閥、耐酸堿控制閥及對應的噴頭與箱體連通，同時鹽酸進氣噴頭安裝在箱體頂部，氨氣供氣管道的噴頭安裝在箱體底部，箱體、管道等具有良好的氣密性，防止試驗氣體泄露及影響氣體濃度的控制。
