主要用于評(píng)估電子坐便器在使用過(guò)程中除臭功能的性能表現(xiàn)。其主要功能包括:
模擬使用環(huán)境:測(cè)試機(jī)能夠模擬實(shí)際使用環(huán)境中坐便器產(chǎn)生的臭氣,通過(guò)特定的裝置釋放模擬臭氣,以模擬用戶在使用坐便器時(shí)可能產(chǎn)生的異味。
除臭功能測(cè)試:測(cè)試機(jī)會(huì)啟動(dòng)電子坐便器的除臭功能,并監(jiān)測(cè)臭氣在除臭過(guò)程中的變化情況。通過(guò)對(duì)比除臭前后的臭氣濃度,可以評(píng)估除臭功能的效果和效率。
主要要求:
1. 風(fēng)道上下游配置需符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn),考慮到防爆要求,風(fēng)道及閥門采用防爆設(shè)計(jì)的不銹鋼制作。通道設(shè)計(jì)亦需滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
2. 采集控制器為2通道氨氣分析儀,測(cè)試范圍0~100%,分辨率0.01mg/m3,精度在10%以內(nèi)。環(huán)境內(nèi)需增設(shè)氨氣濃度報(bào)警器,以確保安全。傳感器校準(zhǔn)需遵循標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。用戶應(yīng)嚴(yán)格管理氨氣,并采取防爆措施。
3. 系統(tǒng)集成分為兩部分:管道及樣品安裝部分,以及氨氣濃度分析儀的儀表箱。
4. 在上下游管道旁路各安裝一個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)閥,用于泄壓或排空腔體氣體。

This mainly evaluates the performance of the deodorization function of electronic toilets during use. Its main functions include:
Simulating usage environment: The testing machine can simulate the odors generated by the actual toilet in the actual usage environment. Specific devices are used to release simulated odors to simulate the odors that may be produced by users when using the toilet.
Deodorization function testing: The testing machine will activate the deodorization function of the electronic toilet and monitor the changes in odors during the deodorization process. By comparing the odor concentration before and after deodorization, the effectiveness and efficiency of the deodorization function can be evaluated.
Main requirements:
The upstream and downstream air ducts must meet the standards, and explosion-proof design is required for the ducts and valves, which are made of stainless steel. The channel design must also meet the standard requirements.
The collecting controller is a 2-channel ammonia gas analyzer with a test range of 0~100%, resolution of 0.01mg/m3, and accuracy within 10%. Ammonia gas concentration alarms should be installed in the environment to ensure safety. Calibration of sensors must follow standard requirements. Users should strictly manage ammonia gas and take explosion-proof measures.
System integration is divided into two parts: the pipeline and sample installation parts, as well as the instrument box of the ammonia gas concentration analyzer.
Adjustable valves are installed on both sides of the upstream and downstream pipes for relieving pressure or emptying the gas in the chamber.
